1. FAQ - Is an appointment required before I go to the cycling bike workshop?

Yes! A confirmed appointment it's requested before you head your way to the Cycling Workshop, with 24–48 hours in advance.

2. FAQ - What are the Cycling Workshop opening hours?

The Cycling Workshop it's open from Monday to Friday 10:00AM to 17:00PM, after a prior appointment have been made in advance and confirmed via text message on WhatsApp, with at least 24–48 hours in advance.

We are closed down in Weekends and Bank Holidays! 

 

3. FAQ - Does this cycling workshop is working on any sorts of Converted eBikes / eScooters ?

Unfortunately we do not do any work on any sorts of converted eBikes / eScooters, that are equipped with a throttle system, motors more than 250W and more than 15.5mile per hour - due to safety concerns and liability reasons.

4. FAQ - Do you offer repairs for Forks, Rear Shocks and Dropper seat-posts ?

We do not currently offer services for forks, rear dropper seats, or rear shocks. We apologize for any inconvenience.

 

5. FAQ - Is this Cycling Workshop Selling or Buying bikes ?

As a Cycling Workshop, we are focusing on bike repairs only!

* If you intend to buy a New Bike, I may recommend finding a local Bike Shop near us, such as Specialized/Evans or OnYourBike.
** If you intend to or buy a second-hand bike, you may have few alternatives such as: eBay, Gumtree, Shpock, Facebook Market or private bike shops that are trading/buying bikes.

6. FAQ - Can I send a video/photographs with a brief about my bike repair issues on WhatsApp?

Yes, it's highly recommended option, as it will help the bike technician to have a better idea about your bike issues and if the repair can be fixable or not. We highly recommended sending them via WhatsApp, during our workshop working hours. 

7. FAQ - Does the cycling workshop have a parking spot?

Yes, we do have one parking spot in front of our cycling workshop driveway. The parking spot It's mainly reserved for customer repair only, at the time of their appointment when it has been made. 

8. FAQ - Can I pay by card or cash for labour and parts of my bike repair ?

We got both methods of payment via Card/Apple Pay or Cash, and a receipt will be given at the end of the bike repair.

* For cycling parts that we don't have in stock - If we need resourcing the right part/parts for you, from our distributor if they have it available in stock, we will require you to pay in advance in cash for the parts and for part shipping as well.
** If we resourced the part/parts from another bike shop, for your bike repair, and you wanted to be added on your bike repair receipt on the shop price it will be added another 40% on top of the original price due to VAT and Income Tax that I need to pay for that part.

9. FAQ - Where can I find the bike workshop bike repair price list?

We have the price list on the following accounts:

How to book your Bike Repair Appointment ?

To ensure the best service for your bicycle, we operate on an Appointment-only basis. This is a great way to ensure that all of our customers receive the best service possible. This new system is designed to streamline the bike repair process, ensuring a more efficient and satisfying experience for our customers. By scheduling an appointment, you'll be informed of the estimated completion time, allowing you to plan your day accordingly. In most cases, repairs are completed on a one-on-one basis and can be collected the same day, depending on the complexity of the repair. For faster service, we recommend scheduling an appointment at least 24–48 hours in advance. While we'll try our best to accommodate short-notice repairs, scheduling ahead guarantees a quicker turnaround time

Please follow these step-by-step guidelines to book your bicycle service:

Step 1: Text Us on our WhatsApp phone number.

• Text us on our WhatsApp number during our workshop working hours. We're here to answer your messages Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM! Heads up that we close on Weekends and Bank Holidays! To ensure we can provide you with the best possible service, we recommend scheduling an appointment in advance. Appointments allow us to dedicate our full attention to your bike's needs and avoid any unnecessary wait times, especially when we're already assisting other customers.

Step 2: Share Your Concerns.

• Have a brief text ready about your bike concerns. Let us know what issues you're facing so we can better assist you. Knowing your bike's service history allows us to diagnose the problem more accurately and recommend the most effective repair solution.

 Step 3: Visuals Speak Louder.

• Prepare some photographs/videos, to give us a visual idea of the condition of your bicycle. Make sure please they are focus well and in good light. This helps us analyse the situation more accurately.

Step 4: Wait for Analysis.

• Once we receive your photos and detailed description of the repair issue, our team will analyse your request and respond to you as soon as possible during business hours.

Step 5: Answer Questions.

• Please be prepared to answer any questions our bike technician may ask to clarify your repair request.

Step 6: Confirm Appointment.

• After reviewing your repair request, we'll check our schedule for an available time slot that aligns with the estimated repair timeframe. We'll then confirm the appointment with you via WhatsApp text messages and provide the date and time for your service. To ensure a smooth flow in our workshop and avoid any delays for other customers, we kindly request you to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If something unforeseen prevents you from making it on time, please let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust the schedule accordingly. Repeated missed appointments may result in a waiting period before we can schedule your next repair.

Step 7: On-Site Repair.

• We strive to get you back on the road as soon as possible! For many repairs, we can complete the work within your appointment time. If a specific parts are needed that we don't have in stock, we'll order it right away - after your confirmation first - from our bike parts distributors if they have it in stock, and keep you updated on the estimated turnaround time. If parts need to be ordered, your bike may be with us for a few days, parts that needed to be ordered or depending on workshop capacity.

Step 8: Payment and Collection.

• Once your bike is repaired, payment can be made conveniently by card or cash. We'll provide a detailed receipt for both labour and any parts used. Depending on the bike repair case, you may be able to collect your bike the same day!

Step 9: Give us an Update and Feedback.

• All fixed up! Please let us know if you have any questions or require any adjustments to the work performed - we want to make sure you're happy with the repairs. If something needs adjusting, no worries, we'll schedule another appointment to get it just right. If you're happy with your bike and have a few spare minutes, we'd love a review on Google Maps and Trustpilot!

     As far as mechanics go, I have always taken pride in being able to fix just about any bike that came my way. A vast majority of my experience is devoted to one-off jobs for individuals with unique needs.
