Please follow these step-by-step guidelines to book your bicycle service:
Step 1: Text Us on our WhatsApp phone number.
- Text us on our WhatsApp number during our workshop working hours. We're here to answer your messages Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM! Heads up that we close on Weekends and Bank Holidays! To ensure we can provide you with the best possible service, we recommend scheduling an appointment in advance. Appointments allow us to dedicate our full attention to your bike's needs and avoid any unnecessary wait times, especially when we're already assisting other customers.
Step 2: Share Your Concerns.
- Have a brief text ready about your bike concerns. Let us know what issues you're facing so we can better assist you. Knowing your bike's service history allows us to diagnose the problem more accurately and recommend the most effective repair solution.
Step 3: Visuals Speak Louder.
- Prepare some photographs/videos, to give us a visual idea of the condition of your bicycle. Make sure please they are focus well and in good light. This helps us analyse the situation more accurately.
Step 4: Wait for Analysis.
- Once we receive your photos and detailed description of the repair issue, our team will analyse your request and respond to you as soon as possible during business hours.
Step 5: Answer Questions.
- Please be prepared to answer any questions our bike technician may ask to clarify your repair request.
Step 6: Confirm Appointment.
- After reviewing your repair request, we'll check our schedule for an available time slot that aligns with the estimated repair timeframe. We'll then confirm the appointment with you via WhatsApp text messages and provide the date and time for your service. To ensure a smooth flow in our workshop and avoid any delays for other customers, we kindly request you to arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If something unforeseen prevents you from making it on time, please let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust the schedule accordingly. Repeated missed appointments may result in a waiting period before we can schedule your next repair.
Step 7: On-Site Repair.
- We strive to get you back on the road as soon as possible! For many repairs, we can complete the work within your appointment time. If a specific parts are needed that we don't have in stock, we'll order it right away - after your confirmation first - from our bike parts distributors if they have it in stock, and keep you updated on the estimated turnaround time. If parts need to be ordered, your bike may be with us for a few days, parts that needed to be ordered or depending on workshop capacity.
Step 8: Payment and Collection.
- Once your bike is repaired, payment can be made conveniently by card or cash. We'll provide a detailed receipt for both labour and any parts used. Depending on the bike repair case, you may be able to collect your bike the same day!
- All fixed up! Please let us know if you have any questions or require any adjustments to the work performed - we want to make sure you're happy with the repairs. If something needs adjusting, no worries, we'll schedule another appointment to get it just right.
