About me

     As far as mechanics go, I have always taken pride in being able to fix just about any bike that came my way. A vast majority of my experience is devoted to one-off jobs for individuals with unique needs.

 

     Over the years, I have been delighted to witness my own growth from being a cycling newbie to becoming an enthusiast with an undeniable passion for keeping my bikes in the best possible condition. I am truly proud of how far I have come and am grateful for the opportunity to pursue this hobby in such an enjoyable manner.

 

My goal is to work with passion, fairly and quickly, ensuring that you only pay for what you need, and that you leave with some useful tips on how to look after your bike.

 

Routine maintenance is also a great opportunity to upgrade key components related to bike fit and performance.

If you are unsure about the viability of the repair, I can provide you with an honest assessment and a Safety Check for your bicycle. This will ensure that the bike is safe to ride and that all necessary repairs have been made. Rest assured, I will provide an honest and thorough assessment of the bike's condition.
  
• With great care and attention, I build each new bike with the intention of providing you with a safe and sound machine. I take pride in my work and am delighted to be able to provide you with a reliable and secure bike. I hope that you are as pleased with the results as I am.
• I absolutely love custom bike builds! Each one is unique and special, and it's so satisfying to see the finished product. I also enjoy doing frame and group set swaps as your bike and riding style changes over time. It's great to be able to customize your bike to fit your exact needs and preferences. I'm so glad that custom bike builds are an option!
  
• I am delighted to inform you that I can fit a wide variety of accessories to both new bikes and those brought in for service. This includes racks, mudguards, new bar tape, pedals, and more. I am thrilled to be able to offer such a comprehensive service and look forward to helping you with your bike needs.

     I absolutely approve of operating a booking system for your bike repairs; it is a great way to ensure that you don't have to wait in a long queue.      Take note that I get busy when the spring arrives and especially so when the
Summer sun is shining; I therefore advise that you plan your servicing well in advance, don’t wait until the day before your holiday! 

     The winter wait for the workshop is always less, so plan ahead if you have a bike that only goes out in the nice weather – aim to come in when it is quiet. All pricing is available on request from the workshop.
